For the money this product works well but beware of the very heavy muslin backing, it's a little thin without the weights

Sturdy frames and pole. Smooth and feels well made. Haven't used anything heavy with it yet, but I'm sure it will hold up very well.

Light stands cannot be opened. I have other shock stands and the base opens very easily. They would not open and close. I'll probably send it back. Very disappointed.

Received this today and unpacked it to find 2 light stands - labeled, light stands - and an expandable bar. The box did not include a carrying case, although the outside of the box indicated a case was included. I don't think this item is worth the money. i will return it

Durable! I bought it because it's larger than usual as I like to shoot backgrounds way up high or up to the ceiling. I was pleasantly surprised that it also easily supports a full roll of 12ft wide seamless fabric. The stands also have a very wide footprint for extra stability. Worth the price.

This is a heavy duty stand, the pole will not sag under heavy backgrounds. It's portable despite being quite long and heavy, but I would have preferred a sturdy stand that doesn't collapse on the customer! Throw some sandbags over it for extra stability. I like the telescoping pole, which means you just slide it out instead of trying to get three poles together. I think it also makes it more durable since there are no "breaking points".

The Impact Pro Background Support Kit seems solid. Stand and telescopic pole work as advertised. A lower quality tote than I'm used to from other brands like Calumet but still seems functional. The material is thinner and offers less protection than Calumet. The four stars reflect my opinion of this event - the grandstands and bar would have been 5 stars. I preferred this particular Calumet branded backdrop set because this set offers a base height of 12.9ft while Calumet coasters are only 10ft
