Disappointed - my new rating

When I first received it, it was much smaller than I expected. I received it on Thursday, the stone was not installed correctly and on Sunday the stone had fallen off. I already have my mother's ashes so I had to fill the hole where the stone was with dry clay and paint it black. Absolutely disappointed.

full size photo. Very nicely done but I didn't think it would be so small. After checking the actual item description again, I realized my mistake. In the photo it looks like it's twice the size. Contains only a very small amount of ash. I like it but I really wanted something more.
