Very smooth scales. I'm not sure if that's true, but it seems so. You have to stand very still to get the actual reading. Every movement changes the weight. Good company to work with. Item was delivered very quickly and was packaged securely.

If I could, I would give this bathroom scale six stars. This is the best I've ever used. Very accurate and easy to read. Excellent supplier tracking. I have received several emails asking if there is anything wrong with the product and information on how to set up and use the scale.

Worked well for over a week and then lost 13 pounds in 2 days. I checked on a different scale, a different brand, and I know that scale is wrong. Scales stand on a smooth wooden floor. Spent more on this scale because the product description is said to be accurate. Not sure, so it's useless. waste of money and time.

I wanted to like that. I wanted the scale to be easier to read than my old mechanical one. That. When I first used it, it was consistent across multiple readings. Later that day, the display went haywire, continuously showing numbers (in the 9000s!). When it wouldn't stop I took out the batteries, put them back in and everything was fine. Since then, the weight readings have been inconsistent, up to a 3# difference when weighing with a 3-4 minute difference.

This scale is very reliable, ie accurate. Measure your weight multiple times and you'll get the same measurement to the nearest tenth of a pound. You can move the scale, you still get the same measurement. As a bonus, the flat glass surface is very easy to clean. Plus, it's as small as it gets, yet you can stand on it with ease. A small problem if you accidentally step on the edge the scale tips over. Once you feel this and are careful with the position of your feet, this problem will go away.

I like the accuracy and stability of this scale. I can step on and off the scale five times and get the same result every time. I was very tired of my own scale telling me a 3 or 4 pound difference resulting in no idea how much I actually weighed. The scale is very nice and doesn't take up much space, but it's very easy to get up and down. The only downside I see with this scale is that I can't tell a five from a six on the display. Of course I'm old and my eyesight isn't perfect anymore…

Upon unboxing this product it appeared to match the description. Stylish design, perfect size/weight. When I first tried using the scale, the weight displayed was about 40 pounds less. Forty pounds. I tried to "calibrate" again using the instructions on the hard floor. Again 40-45 pounds. I called the attached tech support number about 6 times over the next two days with no response. Leave one message per day. I then emailed support who replied that I should 'set up' an appointment to speak…

If I could give a 10 star rating I would definitely do it. I received my new scale yesterday, took it out of the box, put in the batteries (which came with the scale), I did a calibration which just involves stepping on the scale then getting off and making sure it's on 00 was set was ready to go and so accurate. The model is beautiful and very slim. I replaced my old scale that I had for over 15 years and I'm so glad I did. Also, right after ordering the scale, I received a thank you email…
