Came with velcro on one of the boots only half sewn on. At the same time I ordered another pair of boots and never bothered to complain or anything. I never had time. I just dismissed it as a lesson learned and won't be buying it again. This doesn't mean they didn't fix the shoe, didn't send a new one, etc. I didn't say anything. So it's not her fault. But to be honest I didn't really want a new pair after seeing this.

They are very cute but not wide enough for babies with fat feet. I hardly have time to fasten them with Velcro. If I increased the size, the length of the shoes would have been too big. Not suitable for chubby kids but they are definitely cute and I would say good quality for the price. If you have a fat-legged child, wear a robe with elastic around the ankles. I bought these boots in two different colors/styles. They are very sweet. Warm, fluffy lining throughout the interior. I think they are great for a sedentary child whose feet need to stay warm. However, I bought the 12-18 month size for an active, crawling, learning baby and would not recommend it. Velcro does not stay closed. The material is not very flexible; It's tough.
