Ink Ivy Imani Comforter Ivory Review

Love the look of this bedding set! I was nervous after reading some of the reviews saying it looked cheap, but I don't think that's the case at all. That's exactly what I expected based on the photos.

When this product arrived there was an unpleasant smell of vinegar so I washed the duvet on delicates and dried it on low heat and when I took it out of the dryer the filling in it almost melted leaving a huge yellow/burnt spot on the bottom.

This duvet is nice and soft. At first I was very satisfied. I have the king of California. Fits well but could be a little bigger. Washed and dried exactly as stated on the label. At first I was concerned because it seemed the filling was lumpy in places. Since I've been using it, I don't feel them anymore. I saw a spot on it that looked like someone had written a number on it with a pen. This should have been done before I received it so that's an issue. Since I don't notice it, I leave it. So

A whole page had a defective seam and polyester padding came out along the seam, also it looked bad as it didn't close smoothly like the rest of the page. There were a few missing spots on the trim thread and a couple spots that looked like they shouldn't have been as they weren't part of the center design. I saw this blanket online and was so happy because it was exactly what I was looking for. It matches my room decor perfectly and will keep my husband and I warm on those long winter nights in Erie, Pennsylvania.
