This is normal when listening to music but I can barely hear when using it to make or receive calls. There doesn't seem to be any volume instructions other than using my phone to increase or decrease the volume. I thought that the headphones should also have a volume control.

Unbelievable! How does a seller deal with his data? It's a very nice and clean packaging design and I feel like it's a professional brand. In the box there is a high-quality case for headphones. The headphones have two colors on the cord and this is the first time I've seen such a design and they also have a plastic cover on the 3.5mm jack. The sound quality is excellent, more bass! These are great headphones, as are dozens of other Revain headphones. However, they do NOT have a volume control, which is the main feature I'm looking for as many don't have one. The seller states this in the name of the product and answers yes to this particular question, although both answers are incorrect. There is only one play/pause/skip button on the remote control. There are no volume buttons. I would not have bought if this information was correct.
