The price for the plan we selected was very affordable, since it included everything we needed. The support team is also great at their work, responding quickly to our questions and solving problems. I like how easy it was to set up an account, install apps for my users etc.. The system has been great so far! It's super fast compared with other platforms out there (like facebook) which makes people want/need more of your app than they might otherwise have done if you had taken any longer time or effort setting everything else right first :) So no real downsides - just keep updating things as needed over long periods but also remember this isn't perfect yet; we've still got some work left…
