Not impressed at all! The upper part is not as strong and roomy as I thought. The cooling compartment is difficult to open when there are objects on it. The straps are uncomfortable when used as a backpack no matter what adjustments are made to it. I've only worn this item to work 3 times in the month I've had it and decided to go back to my previous drawstring backpack. This article may be effective for a while, it doesn't work for me. I would NOT recommend buying.
