I do not drink this pre-workout drink NO before running and cardio. I'm glad it's caffeine free. Instead, it contains Betaine Nitrate NO3-T, Arg AKG 2.1, Agmapure, L-Alanine, and B-3. It mixes quite well with water and I add some ice after mixing. Green apple flavor is decent - a bit sour. I can hardly tell a difference when using this drink.
