This is a beautiful product that will enhance any bathroom. Although the product is very attractive, the quality of the material is mediocre.

The soap dish is well made, but the fins that keep the soap out of the water are too short. This leaves soap in the water left over after washing your hands.

thought the top of this soap dish might detach from the bottom. No, that is not so. When I removed the sticker from the bottom of the bowl, it also ripped off the very thin non-slip backing with it. Wouldn't buy again.

This is a soap dish. He is holding soap. It's deeper than some of the others so you can put plenty of soap in if you like. I just started using it to hold soap. Does the finish break off? Does it rust? I do not know yet. He is holding soap.

Disappointed in general. Great design and functionality BUT the base started to rust in several places after less than a month of use. Small holes are visible around each spot of rust - perhaps a manufacturing defect? Not sure how long that will take.

Looks very nice but not for soap dishes as it rusts quite quickly. A plain bar of soap rusted on the bottom of the bowl within 2 weeks. It would be better to have a countertop for jewelry etc. NOT for soap. Too bad it's a good size and looks good but it's going in the bin now.

UPDATED REVIEW. Very disappointed! I checked it out when it was new and said I need something that won't rust in the shower and that's about it. I WAS WRONG. Bought May 2014, February 2015 the metal base was rusted and falling apart. When it was new I put little rubber feet on this panel to keep it from sitting in a puddle of water and it is still prone to corrosion because any water left in the panel will eventually rust. So if you have a wet bar of soap, it will rust the dishes. NOT GOOD.

Well, finally ROST broke through the color of this metal soap dish. It took a few years, but now it's useless. Rust gets on my bar of soap and makes the soap dish sick. I suggest not to buy metal soap dish. I'll either use china or something hard plastic or maybe glass. That goes in the trash can. Previous Review: This is a very good soap dish. I waited for it to rust or crack or otherwise turn to me. But it continues to be a good faithful soapbox with no problems in the world. Very satisfied.
