Just arrived today. Plug the 12V power plug into the USB adapter and plug it in. The perfect brightness for what I wanted, which was to add red accent lighting on the center console shelf. Stickers red leather seats next week and the little red light will make it shine at night. Everything works as described. Nice little light.

Purchased Tundra SR5. I like the truck, but this model doesn't have much interior lighting. What you only really notice when buying a truck. Either way, this works great under the dash to add a little (or a lot) of extra light in a very dark part of the truck. I love the fact that I can adjust the brightness levels and even the color (which I don't use).

I purchased this specifically to add ambient lighting to the rear USB ports on my Model 3. The problem appeared after a firmware update in early 2019, USB ports remain enabled even when the car is completely switched off. This also applies if you are not using Sentry mode. I threw away the packaging from the box so I probably won't be returning it, but it definitely robs me of an important use case.

Bought this for our 2019 Tundra which is missing the accent light. These little things pack a ton of features and are very bright and can match almost any light colored interior. In addition, it has 3 different brightness levels. I only bought one to test, will be buying more soon. One in the back of the center console and in the storage compartment. Purchased for a Tesla Model 3 for back row use. They connect perfectly to the back of the center console, where there are two USB ports. The ability to change the color is amazing as I was able to customize the red color of the front legroom LED lighting that I received from another vendor. I had problems with one of them that was DOA. After contacting the seller everything was fixed immediately and replaced very quickly for me. Very satisfied with both the product and the seller's service.

First it turned red then it started flashing after pressing the bottom part to change color it didn't 😞. Now it won't start at all. I tried it in the car, brought it in and put it in another USB and started flashing red again and turned off, I'll be so disappointed😞 If it's changed. Well I like the ambient lighting packages that some automakers like VW offer, but I don't want to pay a few hundred dollars for this feature. I bought these USB RGB lights for my 2018 Highlander and installed one in the front USB port and the other in the console facing the rear seats. I set it to "rotate" colors and I like the effect. The product itself is easy to use. The light is the right brightness. As others have pointed out, the Tesla Model 3's rear USB port is now permanently on, even after you've locked your car, meaning those lights stay on all the time if it's dark enough. I can only guess that the last change is due to camping mode, but I can't be 100% sure. The product itself is great if you have a newer Model 3 Tesla. If, like me, you want to plug them into your back seat USB ports (into the rear console) as shown in all the photos, you're heartbroken. USB ports in 2020 are not USB Type-A ports. The ports on the back of the console are mini-USB Type-C ports, which means you'll need some sort of converter that expands them (not great when it comes to being visually appealing).
