Bought two and one broke after about a month. I am very disappointed and will try to find out if there is a guarantee, if not I will buy a replacement elsewhere.

It's been installed for about a year and it's still working. I had to re-sync it with the remote the other day, but luckily it has the ability to do it quickly. Works around a brick corner and metal hurricane shutters attached 30 feet to pool lights. Great purchase so far.

Product purchased in July and broke in November. I bought this item on the recommendation of my pool friend and was concerned when I received it because it was made out of the old beige plastic used on older PCs. I thought Revain would cover the warranty but they only cover a few months. Now I've lost almost $90. Buy another product.

After I bought this device earlier this year and just installed it at the pool builder a few days ago, the thing didn't work. On the day of installation everything worked perfectly. On the second day some strange things happened but after I cycled the pool pump it seemed to work. The next day I found that it didn't work at all. This receiver is a replacement for an old one that lasted about 7 years. Must have been struck by lightning (we live in Florida where lightning strikes are common). I opened and checked the old one. Several resistors are blown. This replacement was very easy to install, requiring several wires to be twisted together. The whole installation took about 20 minutes, then I had to pair it with my old remote control. The pairing didn't last long either. My receiver is installed outside, outdoors…
