🧈 40444 Green and White Butter - International Review

I'm in love with the idea that there are 4 packets of butter here. I personally love how it's presented in my fridge. Unfortunately, shortly after I received this item, it fell off and broke the top transparent part, so it's not that pretty, but I can still put all 4 chopsticks inside. Easy to clean. Beware. The plastic isn't that strong for the top and will break if you drop it

I like that it really goes with the oil I bought it for. Solid block of butter weighing 1 pound and of normal dimensions. I've bought several different butter dishes that claim to be good for this, but it actually is. I use others for quartered butter or European butter. I'm so thankful I finally found this. You need to insert the base into the slots. I carefully lift it up, but the base doesn't detach from the top.

I love this butter dish. I buy 4-1 pound bags of unsalted butter from Costco and needed a butter dish that could hold those large chunks of butter. This one does the job. It closes tight and I can keep it on one of the door shelves. To update. My husband grabbed the bottom of this butter dish when he was taking it out of the fridge and the top fell to the ground and broke. I ordered a new one (still like it) and now I've wrapped it with a strong rubber band to hold the two pieces together…
