🌲 Unfinished International Concepts Tall Shaker End Table: Classic Design for a Refined Touch Review

First of all this side table was very well packaged and very easy to assemble. It's very solid. I use it as a children's work station, although it's taller than most children's furniture I needed something that could withstand climbing and stroking. I love that it's unfinished but it's probably perfect to decorate yourself. good value

I bought this to match what I bought last year because I like raw wood with no toxic finish. The workmanship is perfect, it is solid wood with a high-quality grain. A large. Bought some unfinished tables from International Concepts for key areas in my home. My home is very natural with earth tones, granite and wood and it went really well with everything. I had some issues with the table in the hall and had to replace 2. The first broke immediately (moisture in transit I think?) and the second had a very odd knot that made me look bad. The raw wood on the tabletop was beautifully smooth. The legs seemed smooth but needed polishing. We used abrasive sealer to evenly coat all parts. all red mahogany and finished with satin varnish. The legs looked blurry after finishing so we used steel wool and repainted them. It turned out very nice. We use a table in our camper van but I wouldn't hesitate to use this one in my living room!

Very strong, easy to assemble. I bought the wrong size the first time and decided to keep it, maybe I'll use it for kids bedside tables. As you can see in the picture, I placed them under the larger ones like a nesting table. Either way, I can't wait to get stained or painted, they are the perfect size for any room. The smaller ones I bought from the same company are just as strong and easy to assemble and cost around $35.

Excellent table currently used as a stand for a small fish tank. Stain, stencil and wood protection varnish. The only "complaint" (a small one and not really a problem given the nature of wood) was that the wood didn't pick up the stain unevenly due to the composite nature of the countertop. It's nice to have a solid wood table. At the same time, the texture of the wood is strange. I used a pecan stain (medium brown) and it showed up fun little stains on the wood that weren't visible before. I think if you went a very dark or very light finish or just polyurethane or painted the table you would be happy as a clam.
