Doesn't work with flashes or flashes

Received this just before my diving trip to Egypt. No matter what I do, I can't get it to work properly. Very disappointed as I had one that had previously worked for 7 years. I'm having a hard time figuring out where to send replacements.

Pros
  • Beam angle approx 38 degrees horizontal and 54 degrees vertical
Cons
  • Clarity

Pros
  • Compact remote flash with waterproof case perfect for extra flash power

I have to play with the angles a bit but they're pretty decent for wide angles, great for macro photography but poor for cave diving or particularly dark areas. I…
