I had trouble finding a case for my first generation iPad. I didn't know if this would fit and was very pleased when I received it. The bag is very well made of leather and very durable. Thank you for such a great product. I love it❤️

Looks like a great product but the space allotted for the iPad was VERY big! My iPad just popped in. It was too loose for my iPad's thickness by about 1/8 inch and about 1/2 inch on the side. (Length). I wish it would fit because I liked the idea of the case. I liked the "skin" and how it could stand on its own.

Beautiful and very durable. The only downside I have is that when I lay my iPad down it slides a bit into the case. It's still functional, but I'm wondering if the flap inside with velcro has a feature to hold it in place better. My daughter tells me that my (refurbished) I-Pad is an R-1 which may differ from the normal 1. Thank you for your comments.

Faux leather - especially - and bigger than my 1st gen iPad. The control button for my iPad sits under the bottom of the faux leather case, to the point where I had to do something to lift the panel up. I don't expect this item to last less than a year. I would like it stronger.

Even though it's old, our iPad Gen 1 is like Timex - just keep going. Now it's just a photo album and my wife's solitaire game; but the ol' dumbass we had for it eventually fell apart, so good ol' Revane came up with this nice case/lid. Very pretty, thin but durable and has a cool magnetic closure. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the standing function is a little tricky to set up; maybe it will break and get better with use?
