Product quality EXCELLENT. However, I am disappointed that 5 of the 12 colors are BROWN and 2 of them are marked with the exact same color. I had the impression that they would all be different. I LOVE Italia Lip Pencils! They are way better than expensive brands and at a DIFFERENT price! If you've never tried them, trust me, you won't be disappointed. Love them! These are all the colors I have. I know everyone's color is different and I can see why a white person doesn't need FOUR shades of brown lol. But if they fix that and give you all the colors shown, I think it's a BIG deal. In the photo where my lips are shiny I added some petroleum jelly.
