There is a restocking fee for a refund.

Didn't like the quality. Was not worth $69.99. Then once returned, I was charged $12.50 re-stocking fee. That's my review!

  • I returned this item mostly because of the smell and also because it was hard to see anything inside.

Love the bag best in my review

Love these bags, I have a couple of them. They sent the wrong color, I ordered light brown and got dark brown. It's fine, it's nice too. I'll definitely use it. Dropped one star for the error.

  • We searched high and low for the perfect hobo bag ...my granddaughter truly loves it

  • The shoulder strap of the bag is not adjustable, so it may not fit comfortably on all body types
