Small pad with little to no wrist support. Wrist rest only 3/8 " tall and too hard

It looked way better in the picture. I have pretty average sized hands and this pad is way smaller than my other pads. It's just 7" wide so if you are using a large computer screen (or dual monitors) you will likely need to adjust the cursor movement on your computer. The issue I found was with the wrist pad. They seem to have changed the design as the palm rest This mouse pad is incredibly stiff, only 3/8" tall and thick so it's actually uncomfortable to use. After an hour, I found that it was

Returned after 5 minutes of use

Mouse pad too small. The fabric didn't let the mouse glide well. There was a lag where the mouse moved across the screen. The non-slip bottom prevents you from squeezing it lightly to get it in the right position. You have to lift it all the way up to move it. The wrist rest was too small. It's neither tall nor wide enough. The pillow may be suitable for a child or small adult but I would not recommend it due to the issues mentioned previously.

It came with a notch on the wrist support gel that didn't dissipate.

Aside from arriving on time, the rest of my experience with this mouse pad wasn't very good. It had a crumpled bottom that many complained about which was liveable, but the fairly deep notch in the wrist support section gel made it awkward to use. I thought it was because of the way it was shipped, it sat unused on my work surface for about a day allowing the gel to "jump" but it didn't matter. Luckily Revain accepted the return and I bought another mouse pad to replace this one.
