Order was a No-Show

The purple Satin Clergy Stole with embroidery cross was not delivered. IvyRobes said the delivery person said the stole was placed in our mailbox. It was not there. We do not have close neighbors who could have had the item placed in their mailbox. We have searched our property and have not found it. IvyRobes said we should contact the carrier. I have tried twice but have been unable to complete the communication. Once over the phone I kept typing in the wrong shipping number, and a second time
