I decided to save a few bucks and try this wire - I usually use stainless steel. However, I was very pleased with how easy this wire is to work with and how strong it is considering you can easily bend/shape it without tools. I liked it so much that I bought it again. Excellent wire for fine detail in cold or ultra-low temperature sculpting (e.g. resin or paper fibers).

I need this wire for an animation lesson to build my rebar dummy and I've been told that this material breaks easily if there's a lot of movement during animation so I don't expect it long lasts for a long time. Plus aluminum, easy to bend. I have extra wire left over so this is enough to assemble a puppet, maybe two depending on the size.

There is a specific product that I work with professionally and I am installing this product. For decades, the manufacturer has supplied several of these wires with each unit for ease of installation. At the time, I didn't know it was called reinforcement wire. They later stopped supplying the wire and switched to other installation methods which seemed to me to be of poor quality, so I started looking for a source of "hyperflexible wire".
