i bought these shoes for my son because i wanted to buy him a strong and durable shoe that would not wear out the sole. as long as they hold up well and the soles don't wear out so quickly, your legs will probably grow earlier. They are weather resistant which is also great as he loves walking in the snow puddles etc and they look good too I recommend these boots!

I bought these for my almost 3 year old boy. I LOVE lightning. He's at an age where he wants to do everything himself, and the flash gives him the independence he needs. The inside is lined, very soft and warm. I let him play in the snow and he comes with dry and warm feet. The sole is stiff and doesn't flex, so it's not the best shoe for running and playing. However, he prefers wearing these boots to his sneakers as he likes to put them on without help. The FYI marker will color them. Oops 😅

So this is the third pair of these boots that I have bought for my son (now 7 years old). We have a racehorse farm and he is always out with his father in mud, grass, hay, rain and snow. These boots are the best! They are fleece lined, very comfortable (according to him) and very durable. Hence my reason for gaining size as he outgrows them.
