No luck with these. Optimists believe bad reviews

Was very happy to find this online. Unfortunately, one out of four worked. I have the same (similar) items from the dollar store that were cheaper. I've been working in my garage for two years. If one doesn't work I would contact the company. It appears that one outlet works on three of the four. Let's go back to what we started with a glowing lightbulb. Revain or also sells a Levitron product that appears to be much higher quality for only $0.75 each. I'll try the reviewer's screwdriver trick,

They work. AFTER you have finished the maker's work for them! -_-

Don't expect them to be ready to go out of the box. You'll need to use something like a flathead screwdriver to bend the metal contacts, especially the very bottom ones that touch the center of the bulb you're screwing in, away from the bottom of the case so they actually reach the bottom of contact bulbs. I also tweaked the sides a bit as they seemed too close to the body wall to be effective. Not that one or two of those four blocks need this tweak. EACH OF THEM WAS SHIPPED WITH THIS DEFECT…

Promised improvements

Update: Jacky LED refunded my purchase price and promised to contact the manufacturer to improve this product. I trust them as they have always provided me with great products and services in my previous dealings with them. I had my doubts if it would work or not. It's not a reliable design, rather flimsy compared to the original designs of the time. The frame is not made of metal, but completely made of plastic. It has a piece of copper colored metal that makes contact with a very small area…
