It is protected from water and wind, my child likes to spend the whole day outside. Now she can play outside in the rain all day long.

Zipper lasted less than nine months with constant use in kindergarten, mostly outdoors. If you need this suit for such purposes, invest elsewhere. The only costume that hasn't had a broken zipper in our PNW classes so far is the Oaki brand (unfortunately for cost or design reasons).
