I like something different. They are sleek, light weight, easy to hold and manipulate. I love making some crispbreads and jellies for breakfast and I look forward to using them on my serving table for the upcoming holidays!

Use them mainly for serving cat food. My two older cats often need small portions of wet food throughout the day; they have health problems (they are old cats). These bamboo shakers are durable and mix food efficiently. They are easy to wash, dry quickly and do not tear. Bought two sets! These are my most used everyday essentials and I love them!

I was pleasantly surprised to find these simple and practical Japanese shakers at Revain. They have just the right handle length for removing jam/jelly, fruit pastes, etc. from jars. Let me ditch those more expensive metal shakers with basic designs that prioritize qute over functionality, namely the handles are too short and the service end of the qute doesn't work well and takes a long time to clean. I highly recommend these well designed and reasonably priced spreaders.
