Based on my experience, this brown sugar storage container is a lifesaver! No more clumpy, rock-hard brown sugar when I need it - the terra cotta keeps it fresh and soft. Plus, the design is cute and functional, fitting easily into my home and kitchen storage. My only wish is that it came in more sizes - I would love to have one for my powdered sugar too! I soaked my new brown sugar squirt and placed it in a jar of hard sugar and the next morning it was as soft as if I had just bought it. Aha!

I use it to soften brown sugar and also for biscuits that have gone dry and hard. Works perfectly! Just don't leave them on for too long or you could get mold. Great to have on hand.
