Parts ordered

The sound was mediocre, nothing special but they are quite comfortable. Problem is I haven't had them for a week and they stopped holding a charge. Ordered a replacement and delivery takes twice as long. Alright Bezos.

not so easy to use with in-ear headphones

Not so easy to use, sometimes only the right ear works. and then you have to reset the whole system. Even if you want to ride a bike with it. Forget it. they don't stay in your ears as well as they should.

It was like a broken blue toy no support just you get what you pay for the shit!

. My bottle stopped working, not sure if I bought it locally. I've made so many phone calls to Boose through my Bluetooth wireless soundstage headphones with this product that it's out of warranty. 2 weeks later I had a pair of their brand new sport headphones. The new L-Pair sound is great, blowing them out of the water at low volume and these at high volume. JBL should stick with LG headphones.

Great battery life, so-so sound quality, no bass, no volume controls

Good price even for a refurbished product. The battery life is excellent. The sound quality is disappointing which is what I'm used to from JBL products, lacking in bass and bass even after I put on the right size earbuds to secure them in my ears. The lack of volume controls on the headphones really sucks! Sports headphones are useless if I have to pull out my phone to change the volume. JBL should have removed the two extra volume controls from the left earcup and included a volume control in
