I was skeptical about the word refurbished at first, but the price convinced me. I'm glad it happened. This little thing works great. I have no complaints. The sound is amazing. So far so good with this updated Flip 4, originally bought for my wife. I was so impressed with this little speaker that I bought a second set. The only problem I have is a defective charging cable.
