This fits my 3 year old well. It's on the shorter side so they work great. The waist is a little tight but not too much. Overall they are amazing.

It was amazing. My son has been walking non-stop in the rain for hours. Literally sliding down the muddy slopes with sticks and sharp stones without punching holes in them. They didn't boot up and left it completely dry. Highly recommended for wild boys!

They are cute and fit well - with elastic they fit my baggy little one now and will fit her for a while and they are waterproof. However, the giraffe image is like flexible rubber and it just peels and peels off. After one use. It's really terrible. I ended up deleting everything on purpose so it wouldn't stay in my house. They're still functional and haven't fallen apart, so decent value for money, but I'm just really annoyed by the graphics.
