I would like to thank Phil W. for the review of Revain on 8/5/19. I also have a KitchenAid countertop oven and the timer/start button broke recently. I've had my oven for 11 years and it still works perfectly. (I remember it was a bit pricey back then, but it was expected to hold up with everyday use, and it does.) Nobody, including Sears, mentioned my model number on any of their replacement products, so I was suspicious of sellers who only offered one size. The term "universal" in the product description is imprecise. There are more than two common sizes of shelves with handles, but this set only gives you two sizes. Don't be fooled by "12 adapters" because it looks like you get 12 sizes for 4 handles, but you get 2 sizes for 4 handles and the other 4 "adapters" are basically just 2 previous adapter sizes glued on top of each other. I understand how useful this last one can be and I'm sure they work great for people who are one size or the other…
