I like that it's easy to use, has many features including drag-and drop functionality which makes designing forms very simple! The interface isn't as intuitive or modern looking compared with other more advanced software such us Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator - but this doesn’t take anything away from how effective using form design tools can be in general (in terms of creating customised layouts).
Try out all options available – you may find some useful new ones when used alongside others…
