Jonon Vintage Military Messenger 13 3 17 Review

This is a very spacious bag (holds a 15" laptop and lots of other stuff) but the outside pockets are zipped and zipped. I'm not a very good seamstress, but I'll try to sew them back on. The material is durable. Carhartt thought it was a bit due to the tan color and heavy material just to give an idea of the looks.

I bought the smallest version of this bag. I didn't want to use it as a laptop bag. I use it for day trips to pack snacks, drinks and my usual wallet stuff. I love the size of this bag and the fact that it's a crossbody bag. It's big but not too big. The strap is very comfortable, unlike some other bags.

This is my daughter's college graduation present. Ideal! I love the magnetic tapes on the front! I wish they had done the same on the side pockets. Love the zipper too!

I love everything about this bag EXCEPT the horrible smell it comes from which you can't get rid of. I did my best to reduce the horrible smell of the bag. I can't take it anywhere. Other than that, this is a wonderfully made, durable bag. But, my god, the smell.

I was using this bag for 2 months to carry my laptop, some papers, a lunch bag and a water bottle to and from the subway when the shoulder strap broke. Unfortunately, they have no structural support. The leather details are cosmetic in nature and the shoulder strap is sewn directly onto the canvas bag. In my opinion, unless you're carrying cotton balls to and from work, that's bad design. Repairing/reinforcing the bag costs me more than buying anything else.

Attractive and spacious bag. Outstanding quality and craftsmanship. Lots of compliments and people wanting to know where I bought it. The first one I ordered was too big, so I sent back the next size smaller. They are definitely bigger than you think based on the size.

All stitching holds up very well, the leather straps are strong and the thick canvas material doesn't itch. There I can store my laptop (15 x 10 1/2 inch) with all my sketchbooks, pencils and various other school supplies. I've been using this bag for about 4 months and haven't had any problems with it.

So far I like the bag, although as other reviewers have warned I'm afraid it will fall apart. I assume it could break if overloaded. There are two front pockets, two on the sides and one inside. The main compartment is quite spacious. I can fit my laptop in it, some books, some water bottles and small things. This is my men's bag. My only complaint is that when I received it it was dirty, covered in "things". It's like the bag came off the assembly line and was thrown straight into the shipping

I wasn't sure about the color...I thought it looked brown...other people said it was green. Oh, good for the color. I like it anyway. Good craftsmanship, durable canvas and genuine leather... The same attention could have been given to the interior. I like to wear it over the shoulder... (which makes for a long and comfortable strap) I plan to add the finishing touches by adding patches/iron-on patches. I plan for this bag to last many days (years).
