For the money we were disappointed with the durability of this product. We expected durable metal and plastic. We have thin metal and very thin plastic. The dishes will fall on the floor, and to get them you need to demolish the floor. Very uncomfortable and annoying. There is a gap where the water should flow, but without a slope to the base it's useless.

Cannot be used. They should tell you that if you don't have a built-in sink (a flat counter fits in a sink), you can't use one. Ours doesn't sit on a counter, so there's plumbing around the sink that tilts it back so it doesn't drip. Otherwise you need to put it on the counter like the picture. but then. it drips onto the countertop. HM? It does not make sense.

This would be a great product if it could be made a little better. Unfortunately, the cutlery does not cost properly. Because of the black insert that is supposed to hold each piece, it doesn't go straight down, it only goes 1/4 of the way down. Because of this, cutlery constantly falls to the floor. Then I have to remove the black insert and take the cutlery. To be honest I would happily return it if Amazon allows me. It's totally useless.

So I gave this dish rack 5 stars for thickness(?), strength and ease of cleaning. BUT. Overall I give 3 stars because I VERY dislike the fact that my cutlery is in 3 of the 4 compartments in the water basin. I mean the removable bottom, which is great to clean (easy to clean!), collects water and stays there. The next time you wash, the water from the previous wash will still collect on the floor.
