Loved it when I first got it. But the stitching on one of the zippers started splitting a few weeks after delivery. Obviously a bag with pockets that don't stay closed isn't very useful. Very disappointed.

This is perfect for what I was looking for! The bag is soft and has a nice design. It fits my iPhone X and many other things. The length of the strap is adjustable. Great quality, love it!

I like it. You can make it long enough to be a shoulder bag. It has large zipped pockets on the front and back which I think is a nice addition. Big enough for my wallet, phone, keys and a few small items.

Wallet lining torn after 2 months 2 weeks use. I don't overfill my wallet, I like a light bag. Also, the hook strap is almost broken in half and when that happens the wallet is useless. I wouldn't buy this. The price was good but now I have to spend more money for a new bag. Very disappointing.

The color is darker than light cream, but the size is perfect for my needs: I can perfectly fit a small notepad, a phone and other miscellaneous items in it. There is a small inner pocket and two outer pockets which are great for storing keys or money but still have a zip closure.

Overall I like the floral look and the creamy color but the BELTS DO NOT COME AS RECOMMENDED. The description says "crossbody" but when I bought it the straps were only shoulder length. Luckily I was able to customize it with my sewing skills and turn it into an actual shoulder bag. Satisfied but VERY.

Super nice and compact bag. It definitely lasts longer than expected (but less than my last 12-pocket crossbody bag). However, the inner material/lining is very brittle and loud/noisy. The two outside pockets seem to fall down which is nice.
