Installation was a hassle but no more than expected. Equipment and guidance were sufficient. This block is not suitable for large or bath towels, but is suitable for medium or small towels. Temperature is fine and doesn't seem to matter if you leave it on. We will use it but wish we had more.

I'm so glad it does what it's supposed to do, perfect size for my bathroom, timer makes it easy to use, 2 or 4 hours we use it to dry Towel after shower, laying the towel flat helps speed up drying time, but if you just want a warm, cozy towel you can leave it folded like in the photo. No more wet towels in the basket until wash day, they don't even smell dirty. They were installed by a handyman.

This is amazing. It is hung on the wall (of course it needs to be installed there) and then plugged into the wall. It warms up your towels which is nice because on a cold day there's nothing like a hot towel. It's a good size, looks professional and really is a must-have for everyone. It's like having a hotel spa at home now. I love new addictive substances for my bathroom. It is a rustproof color and will complement any decor.

I bought this for eight wired or plug-in options. Another important advantage was the built-in timer. I chose to install the plugin - so it was quick after plugging in an outlet to plug it in. I turn it on about 20-30 minutes before jumping in the shower (I always use a timer to automatically turn it off if I forget). It is important that you braid your towel over the stand to keep the entire towel warm. Works perfectly

Having thin bath towels and letting them warm up for about an hour before showering works well. I don't recommend it for thicker towels. This works fine with towels. I think in a kitchen with thinner towels this would be a good product for that. Just doesn't give things the warmth I was hoping for. My contractor installed it (not wired) and had no complaints about the ease of installation anyway. Bars generate heat just like I feel it. The timer works. It looks good.

Very disappointed. I bought a 10 bar block. It heats up until it's hot to the touch, but doesn't really warm up a standard sized bath towel. I've tried winding and unwinding it between the bars, leaving it overnight, etc. At best, a few slightly warm thin streaks remain where the fabric was in direct contact with the metal bar. I wasn't looking for that fresh warmth out of the dryer, but it would be nice. However, they will stay warm with this heated towel rail. While it's still a bit warm and sunny outside, I've found that it's still a bit chilly in the mornings, which helps me stay warm, especially on the cold tiled floor.
