💍 15mm Stainless Steel Classical Matte Black Brushed Ring by Jude Jewelers - Ideal Wedding Band Review

Got this for my ceremony while another large ring was being set up. To be honest I mostly wear silicone wedding bands as I'm chunky but I like this ring when I want to look classy but don't want to wear expensive ones. Luckily I have an amazing wife who doesn't really care or has a weird attachment to any particular ring, as long as I usually wear something she's happy and this ring does!

I was dying to see the rhodium plating. Pros: Black rhodium is very black and smooth even on a matte finish, which I really like. I prefer smooth rings over matte rings. It's big, thick and heavy. Even though it's stainless steel, it's heavier than any tungsten ring I own. I photographed it next to my 5mm wedding ring. I don't like two things. First, it's so big that it feels like a piece of tubing on my thumb and I lose my thumb's range of motion. Second, it scratches easily.

This is a great looking ring but be aware it is huge, thick and heavy. Check out my size 13.5. Also note that the sizes are small. really small. My right index finger measures 11.5 so I ordered this at 12.5. nope Return on 13.5. But it fits uncomfortably tight. But it fits under my left middle finger, so I'll leave it. BTW, one ring I ordered from Revain, a size 12, fits my right index finger perfectly, but the other ring, also from Revain, is a size 13 and fits well. Wouldn't it be great if…

I love this ring. This is a serious piece of metal and quite heavy. When an angry elevator door tries to avenge me, this ring will protect my finger from being crushed. It's a full 1/8 inch thick. The matte finish is very finely brushed, so I would describe it as almost satin. Beveled edges are glossy but not glossy. I'm curious how the black will hold up because I wear other steel rings and they are so scratched that they lose their luster. Just take a look. I ordered size 8 and it fits true…
