Clear Jura Glass Milk Container Review

Well, my Jura Cool Control (1L) finally broke after about 2 years of use. I considered buying the same fridge but then realized it was just an expensive milk fridge. My first impression that it's made of glass, which looks different than the Cool Control, and that I have to keep it in the fridge all the time when I'm not making latte drinks is a bit annoying, but I think I'm getting used to it. I purchased this item to replace my Jura Automatic Milk Cooler as I needed to keep cleaning the fan and it was starting to give me problems. Bought this for my wife who used a beer glass as a milk container for hot drinks dispensed from our Jura Z8 machine. Worked well but not great. This small container saves you the hassle of filling a one-liter glass with enough milk for one drink, but not too much. First I made sure I bought it from a Jura store so I wouldn't get a fake. The milk container is made of glass, it is an upgraded version of the old plastic elliptical version; so it is not easy to scratch. Good size, can hold enough milk to froth at least 8 lattes, I like lots of froth on my coffee. Small enough for a short fridge shelf. Despite the high price I really like this milk container, especially compared to the Miele stainless steel milk container. First and foremost, the hose and connector included in the kit are compatible. Second, unlike the Miele milk container, this one is fully machine washable. Miele tells you to wash the milk container daily, but it's all hand wash so daily (or even every other day) is a big pain!
