I needed a USB-C to USB-C cable to connect my phone to my Google Stadia controller. I mean I had cords but the 3ft and 6ft cords were too long for the job. I was happy to see they were made in 1ft versions. The slot width was also perfect. My other cables had a hard time getting through the USB-C hole to attach the phone holder controller. You have no problem. I'm very happy with it and it even came with a second one so I won't have to buy another one for a while.

I bought these to charge small electronic devices with a portable battery while hiking. These are short but very strong cables. They work great for my travel app. I also use them to charge my batteries when I'm at home. They're a little short for that when they stop on the trail and need to charge my portable batteries (never close the shelf when you need it). But that's why I wear a longer one especially for it. Since it's USB-C, it charges quickly.

I used to have a 3 inch cable that I used and found it too short for me. When I saw this one I liked what I saw and the length. Now that I've used it and worked hard, I'm not disappointed at all. The connector is well made and the spot where I've killed many cables in the past is right at the connector entry, solid and nice to the touch. The rubber piece provides good friction for even my fat fingers, and the USB-C connector is solid once inserted.

These data/charge cables are just what I needed. after buying another set of cables and realizing that they are data cables (I didn't have data enabled in settings (facepalm)).
