The original Fitbit strap broke after just a few months of use. **Review Update**Due to the original 2 star rating due to a damaged product, I was sent a different bracelet. I was very excited to receive this group but to my disappointment it had the same damage as the first. I've updated my outstanding rating based on the customer service I received to resolve this issue. As a result, there was a return with every order, so I have a complete set without damage. According to the company, it must be a shipping problem. I am still hesitant to buy at least one

Update: It's been about a year since I bought my first set and now I've bought another one! I wear it all day every day and while I could certainly keep using it, the strap has started to wear out. I am very satisfied with this band and would happily buy from this seller again. I increased my rating to 5 stars because I learned how to put on the bracelet more easily! One trick I learned is to hold the tape at an angle when installing the pins - see picture - it makes it easy! I love this Fitbit
