The shower head is good and works well. The wall bracket that came with the shower head broke 2 days after installation. The bracket was part of a large semi-rigid tape that had to be attached to the shower wall. The adhesive wall mount works great but the mount itself has come off the wall mount. I have sent 2 inquiries to the company that sold the product and have not yet received any confirmation or response from the company.

This hand held sprayer is not designed for heavy use but appears to be of decent quality. We used to have very hard water but installed a softener before installing this shower head. Put one of these in my new camper as an upgrade from a cheap manufacturer supplied one. It is made entirely of plastic and is very light. My wife and I used the shower a total of 4 times each (8 times total). Initially we were happy with the device and all 3 settings worked well. I've been using this shower head for a few months now and while it's not perfect I'm overall happy with my purchase. My particular shower head seems to only have two modes, center and combo, the outside only setting sprays the same pattern as the combo setting. It doesn't matter as most of the time I use the foam combination setting and the medium setting to wash out the soap and shampoo.
