I am looking for an exhaust system for my 2005 CRF 250x and most of them are very expensive, around $300 and up! It costs $42 and fits him perfectly without any adjustment. I'm so happy it fits crf! 5 minutes and I get a loud beep!

Easy to install in 20-30 minutes I think you just need a 12mm spanner, Phillips head screwdriver and maybe a 4mm allen key. Sounds and looks good. Edit: You will need to install a fender straightener as that exhaust will melt your turn signals!

That would be great if it actually fit. Exhaust pipe and muffler do not match. The muffler is oversized by about 1.5mm, making it impossible to push them together, meaning the springs don't reach and the muffler is unstable.

SWEET! I bought this for my aftermarket titles and let me tell you. Cute! Two complaints. The first complaint was that the fiberglass was torn around the tip. It's gone now, I guess that's typical. The second complaint is that the springs didn't fit. Not a big deal as it's still bolted down and secure. If you like beef then this exhaust tip will give you some beef! My complaints are very minor. For the price it's amazing. I went this route for my SV650, less money, more work compared to the $180-200 slip which is easier to install. Pictured is a rough build in a 2 1/8" outer tube with a smaller inner tube. I compressed the precut middle tube to make it smaller and finally dug out the wool insulator, then tucked it in further than pictured and let a friend do it weld the whole thing.knew it wasn't made for my bike and for a smaller tube,I'm very happy with it.Still has the hoarse sound

Surprisingly good quality for the price. Welds are in perfect condition, there are no defects in the lining. For the price you really can't go wrong with this jumpsuit. The cons of this jumpsuit was more of a mild annoyance than anything else and still makes it a bargain in my opinion based on the overall quality.
