👣 Experience Ultimate Comfort: Kamik Women's Islander2 Sport Sandal Review

I really liked the style and fit of these sandals, especially that they are totally waterproof. The only reason I sent them back was the HIGH textured insole which I was afraid would be a nuisance especially in hot and muggy weather.

I had a pair of Keen H20's. very difficult to get in and out of when wet or dirty. I wanted easier entry and exit as well as something to protect my toes in the river when walking and swimming my dogs. For about half the price of Keens I decided to give these a try. Good shoes. You do the job. can be customized and won't break the bank.

My third pair of sandals from this little known brand. I wear them kayaking, fishing, swimming, around town, this model is a little smoother than other models I've bought. Not to say they're bad on the rocks, just that they're not that tenacious. I just love this brand, much better and more economical than Keens. Hope the prices don't go up! I gave it a 4 because my others were slightly better.

They are true to size, I'm a size 9.5 and felt comfortable the first time. They're a bit chunky and the sole is too thick/hard, but for my main purpose, which is a very steep, rocky descent to a remote beach, they worked well. They held up well in the water and offer a very comfortable fit with all the adjustments available. They were more expensive than I wanted the water shoes but once I put them on I believe they will last.

My daughter is a women's size 8 so I wanted her to wear a decent pair of sport sandals without spending over $50. These Kamik sandals are exactly what I wanted for her! They're comfortable (no complaints of foot pain or calluses), they're durable and stretchy (my daughter wore them 5 days straight / 8 hours a day hiking, creek walking, rock climbing etc. and the sandals look a bit feminine. They certainly are I just washed them in the sink because of all the caked dirt and they still look brand
