Beware of Faulty Electronics!

This product is a complete waste of money. Through trial and error, i found that it doesnt work at all. The instructions are unclear, and customer service is unhelpful. The only good thing about it is that it looks nice, but that's not worth the hefty price tag. Don't be fooled by its sleek appearance, this product is a dud .My advice is to steer clear of this brand for all your camera and photo accessories..

Pros
  • Transmits video and audio signals up to 196 feet away
Cons
  • Requires a power supply for operation

Excellent Solution for Distance Issues

After trying this extender converter, my long-distance camera setup has become so much more convenient. The signal remains stable and clear, and the overall picture quality is great. The compact size makes it easy to use and store, and it's a great value for the price. The only downside is that it requires a power source which may be a bit inconvenient depending on your setup .Overall, a must-have for anyone in need of a reliable electronics product to extend video signals..

Pros
  • reliable signal, compact size, great value
Cons
  • requires power source

if you need LONG HDMI cables

I use these Category 6 HDMI extenders in our remote production installations where 100-150 foot cables are typically used. I used it for FAST location setup on a remote PTZ camera at 1080p at 60 fps and had NO PROBLEMS. Cat6 cables are much easier to set up and break, and also easily replaced/repaired in the field if time permits, unlike any other long haul HDMI cable I've tried.

Pros
  • Supports Full HD 1080p (1920x1080@60Hz)
Cons
  • Attenuation
