I'm 5'11, weigh 265 pounds and usually wear 2x/3x depending on style. I went for the 3x, it has a loose fit which I like and the neckline is low enough so I don't feel like I'm suffocating. As someone with lupus and fibromyalgia I love the SPF sunscreen and this material shines too to help protect my skin from chlorine, to which I can be very sensitive.

I love it! It fits perfectly (I'm 5'6" tall, apple shaped, wear about 18 in jeans and have a larger bust) Haven't worn it in the water yet but I will be using it for aqua aerobics I was a little concerned when ordering that 'girls' can show if I swim (because of V-neck) I don't think so I will have too many problems but I will let you know if I have any problems if I try in the water.

The V-neck design is flattering. I increased the size to 3x which fits nice and loose as expected. The rash guards are a bit small so they don't float in the water. I don't like them being tight so I cut them to match the t-shirt which I prefer. The short sleeves are long enough to hide the fat on the arms but stay above the elbow.
