I use this product and I love it. Today I opened a new one and couldn't get the pump to work. I tried using the pump from my last one but that didn't work either. I decided to just open it up and not use the pump at all. IT WAS EMPTY! Revane says I can't go back because my window is closed. So I have to pay $70 for an empty lotion jar. Fiction!

I waited a long time to spend money on this product because it was out of my budget. I bought it on the best day for $45 and it was well worth it. I have tried other cheap brands and some Korean skincare lotions and they are no match for this one. I have oily skin that gets red and irritated every day. ONLY one complaint was the package arrived and the cream was out of the box, the lid of the container fell off and the box was smashed. Therefore, it is inconvenient to think about a new order.

I am very happy with this moisturizer. I use La Mer moisturizer every other night. I have a feeling they are similar, Kate's cream is a little thinner than La Mer's, a thicker product. I highly recommend it, it goes great with all the other serums I use underneath. My skin feels light, smooth, moisturized but not greasy and calm.

This cream doesn't sting my eyes and I don't wake up with crusts under my eyes. It goes on so nice and smooth...not thick or greasy. It's absolutely perfect! One star deducted because. xs packaging. Everything falls apart when you try to open it.

The best oil-free moisturizer on the market. It's a little pricey but worth every penny, it leaves your skin glowing without feeling like a bloated product. It also has very nice packaging.
