I really liked the bag. Very spacious. Just hope the smell will go away in a few days after I use it! So just on the second day of using the bag, one side of the arm literally broke off! In just two days! So not a great idea/quality is everything. Not buying again :( I'm not even sure if I can return it as I've used it before - And only within 2 days of buying it and receiving it from Revain. So disappointed :(

This is indeed a stronger than pictured bag with the durability of soft luggage. It stands by itself - it doesn't sag or collapse. The fabric the compartments are made of is durable. The cell phone stays in the cell phone pocket. The center zippered tablet compartment holds up so you don't have to rummage through to get to other items you're carrying. the lining is really nice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the shoulder/cross strap feels very cheap and too flimsy. Should you need to adjust it to make it shorter, there is no tape to hold the strap in place under the buckle. I ended up buying a 1 inch leather strap from Revain and it works great. I received it today and only gave it 3 stars because there are a few things that bother me. This is my first online bag purchase. Firstly, I would like the lining to fit better on the sides of the bag. Not doing so allows for a possible tear in the liner that could cause things to fall through and "disappear".
