Replace Factory Part

Appears to be almost an exact replacement for the factory part. Everything is perfectly matched. Please note that you will need to move some parts, springs and clips to get it right.

Pros
  • Cool Product
Cons
  • Has Defects

Fits most, but not all

Part bolts directly, but the pin that goes through and attaches to the actual kickstand is much larger than the original pin and will not fit properly. I'll probably order the left side as well and only buy pens that fit the right side in the aftermarket.

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • Low repairability

Great product, poor measurement

This part is exactly the same as the original part on my Ninja, however a part of it was measured incorrectly causing it not to work. The metal extension that needs to slide into the cylindrical hole to hold the sparse brake lever is too thick and won't slide all the way through and needs to be shaved off or you won't be able to align the two pieces flush. Consequently, the brake lever moves the bracket and prevents the springs from returning the brake lever to its correct position.

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • Useless Functions

Looks the same as OEM, probably 99

Looks exactly like OEM, probably 99.9% the same. I was going to replace it after dropping it during a burnout and the shifter broke the bottom bolted portion of the bracket clean. Went to a ship repair shop and a week later finally got around to welding the aluminum bracket back together with my help how it should fit and look. The end result, for those wondering, was a functional but ugly, scratched mount (at least on the underside). This is for a replacement in case of failure, but it's been…
