📱 Optimized Kensington Belt Holster for Microsoft Surface Duo (K97850WW) Review

Broke straight out of Amazon warranty and Kensington's two year warranty is a joke, very difficult to contact and once you have done it takes about 30 days or more for the whole replacement process as they do not cross the ship. Either buy local or buy another brand.

Good design. Holds securely to the belt. Duo goes well with the built-in bumper. The design of the duo bracelet could have been better.

Looks like something discontinued. I'm not sure why anyone would get that instead of just slipping the device into their pocket. Feels pointless, looks like an idiot. Might come in handy if you use this phone at work, but I doubt many people use the Surface Duo in that situation.

Works as it should but with the bumper on the Duo it only slides in one direction and there is some insecurity in the tether. The strap is small and only covers one corner. The only thing that gave me some confidence was that the case has side panels in case the strap slips. would recommend perfect fit

Just ordered my third in a year. I find this to be the only case that works adequately with the Duo as others I've tried tend to push the buttons. But I broke the clip on the belt twice. Both of them just bent at the waist and cut it in front of me. It's very annoying that I'll be buying another one, but I'm also tired of my current holster turning my phone off at the touch of a button.

No bumper The duo rattles through the suitcase. With a bumper it sits a little better in a suitcase. HOWEVER, in either case the round shape of the elastic used to secure the duo rolls off the edge, returns to the storage position and allows the duo to slide out of the case. Very insecure!

I'm glad there is a solution for the surface duo and the phone fits well. It's a bit thicker than I thought it would be, but overall it looks good. My only issue is that the belt clip is slippery and when I lean over or get in the car it slides up and out of the belt. Maybe a spring clip with a hook at the bottom of the clip for the next generation? Otherwise it's great. I love the rubber clip to keep the phone in place. The big issue is actually the size of the phone and maybe not the clamp.

This product has two main design flaws. Wearing a shirt or jacket over the holster will cause the strap to slip off the duo. I am NOT sure if the holster will keep my duo safe. He comes back.
