This keeps my hair in much better (less tousled) condition than if I removed everything.

For years I've used the 'regular' hair ties sold for ponytails. For some reason I tried this and I will NEVER go back. The 'regular' style was harsh on my hair (causing some of it to fall out, especially after it got tangled in the holder) and god forbid I fall asleep in it at night! These new Kenz Laurenz ponytail holders do NOT tangle in my hair or cause hair loss. And indeed, if I happen to sleep in it all night, in the morning everything is fine. In fact, my hair is in much better condition

Essential ponytail ties for all blondes

They match my hair perfectly. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that the tail sticking out from behind the knot is unattractive and cheap looking (in my humble opinion). I want them closed. You would look smarter, smarter. Also, they lose their elasticity and don't pull back into place after a few uses, but most hair ties do, so you're done. Durable: Hair Accessory

EDIT: I wore the same hair tie all summer long (can't believe I didn't lose it) before it lost its spring! my first! I feel they last significantly longer than regular hair ties which seem to lose their bounce after a few weeks and should be thrown away. I've also noticed that when I tie my hair straight after a shower, they leave significantly less visible wrinkles in my hair, and they lay down more evenly too.
