I usually love this product but the last bottle I received is defective and half the pump doesn't work. I've tried returning or replacing the product but it says it doesn't fit which is frustrating because I bought this product and can't use it.

I came to return this product only to find that the return period had expired by 2 weeks. I have ulcers all over my head and my hair is literally falling out in big clumps. Literally hands full. My hairdresser was SHOCKED and told me to stop using it immediately! I denied it, thinking it was a new vitamin I was taking or something. She said NO, stop using that hair thing NOW. I would return if it was a deal. I have pictures too. Don't trust this stuff

I heard about this serum and didn't think it could help. I have long hair with split ends and wanted to cut it to get rid of it but after the first use I noticed a difference and I hope I can save my hair. I will update my feed after I finish the bottle.

I really like this product. I've tried almost every line they make and this has made the biggest difference to my hair. I have thick, coarse hair that is very dry and damaged and no matter what shampoo, conditioner or other product I use, I can tell a huge difference if I use it or not. I love the Kerastase brand! I style my hair hot after blow drying and coloring it so it takes a lot of abuse. I love that this product makes my hair feel soft at the ends instead of straw. A word of caution, don't use too much, a pump or two, especially if you have fine hair. Also, I only use it on the bottom of my hair. Good defender!
